Founder and Director
Kimberly LaBonte Kay
Meet Kimberly LaBonte Kay, the Founder and Director of KDLK Solutions, LLC., a dynamic and multi-passionate entrepreneur, who collaborates with individuals and business owners to enhance executive and life skills. Specializing in time and task management, planning, and organization, her goal is to elevate productivity. Beyond instilling good habits, Kimberly actively engages as a hands-on project manager, assisting busy clients in completing a variety of tasks.

Bringing over 30 years of professional experience and mentoring to the table, Kimberly's diverse journey spans the fields of insurance, publishing, corporate, and non-profit sectors. Her expertise encompasses sales, marketing, program development, and event planning. After a hiatus to start her family in 2004, Kimberly re-entered the workforce in 2014, playing a pivotal role in a new mentoring program, Aaron's Presents, where she served as a Regional Director and contributed to its start-up, growth & success.

Originally from Beverly, MA, Kimberly enjoyed spending time with her friends and family and spent childhood summers on Lake Winnipesaukee in NH. Later as an 18-year resident of Danvers, she actively contributed to community life through involvement in her sons’ schools, the Danvers Rotary Club, and various community organizations. A new chapter began in 2019 when Kimberly and her son relocated to Lynnfield, MA, where they currently reside.

Kimberly draws inspiration from a mosaic of mentors and influencers. So many who instilled creativity, and joy, shaping her outlook on life. Colleagues and a special mentor, Leah left an indelible mark, fueling passion both personally and professionally. However, the ultimate source of inspiration remains Kimberly's son, Bryce, a constant reminder of life's limitless possibilities.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Kimberly finds joy in moments spent with loved ones. Whether traveling, sitting on the beach, boating, dancing, skiing, tv nights, sitting around a fire with friends, or exploring new places, she embraces life's opportunities with enthusiasm.

John Carratu
With over 35 years of experience in the teaching, coaching and the small business arena.
John's story is not just about professional milestones; it's about the passion for life, the commitment to growth, and the unwavering dedication to making a positive impact on those around him. Join John on this journey where each step is guided by the pursuit of excellence and the belief that every individual has the potential to become a leader in their own right.
Beyond the hustle of work, John finds solace in nature. Whether it's strolling along the beach or exploring the woods, he cherishes the moments away from the daily grind. And when it's time to unwind, you'll likely catch him passionately cheering on his favorite hockey team.
A firm believer in personal growth, John thrives when challenging himself with new experiences outside his comfort zone. This philosophy has guided him through diverse roles - from being a dedicated teacher and a small business owner to coaching hockey.

Bryce Kay
Meet Bryce, a Massachusetts native who navigated the towns of Danvers and Lynnfield before graduating from Lynnfield High School. His high school days were marked by achievements in lacrosse, where he earned letters for his outstanding contributions to the sport.

Currently, Bryce is pursuing a degree in economics and business with a pre-law track at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. He's not just a scholar; Bryce is a valuable player on the men's lacrosse team, showcasing his dedication to both academics and athletics.
​
Adding to his diverse experiences, Bryce has taken on a new role as a program contributor at KDLK Solutions. With a sharp mind, a passion for law, and a commitment to positive impact, Bryce brings a unique blend of academic excellence and extracurricular enthusiasm to the innovative solutions developed at KDLK. His journey is a testament to resilience, achievement, and a steadfast commitment to both personal and professional growth.

In his free time Bryce enjoys long drives, exploring new areas, travel and spending time with his friends and family.
