We also offer a unique mentoring program for young adults, or as we call them, Emerging Adults, that takes the knowledge of our professional and personal experiences to young people who are between the ages of 17-23 navigating the next chapters of their lives. Our team noticed a large gap in critical knowledge as students were leaving high school and entering college or the workforce, so we created an in-depth program to help bridge this gap and to better prepare young people for the future.
Our team brings a fresh perspective to every challenge. We don't just provide solutions; we create strategies that resonate with your unique goals. Working with Entrepreneurs navigating uncharted waters to established enterprises seeking support, we're here to help.

Founder and Director
Kimberly LaBonte Kay
Kimberly LaBonte Kay, the Founder and Director of KDLK Solutions, LLC., a multi-passionate entrepreneur, who collaborates with individuals and business owners to enhance executive and life skills. Specializing in time and task management, planning, and organization, her goal is to help you make the most of your time. Including hands-on project management and assisting clients in completing a variety of tasks.

Bringing over 30 years of professional experience and mentoring to the table, Kimberly's experience spans the fields of insurance, publishing, corporate, and non-profit sectors. Her expertise encompasses sales, marketing, program development, and event planning. After a hiatus to start her family in 2004, Kimberly re-entered the workforce in 2014, playing a pivotal role in a new mentoring program, Aaron's Presents, where she served as a Regional Director and contributed to its start-up, growth & success.

Originally from Beverly, MA, Kimberly enjoyed spending time with her friends and family and spent childhood summers on Lake Winnipesaukee in NH. Later as an 18-year resident of Danvers, she actively contributed to community life through involvement in her sons’ schools, the Danvers Rotary Club, and various community organizations.

Kimberly draws inspiration from a variety of mentors and influencers. So many who instilled creativity, and joy, shaping her outlook on life. Colleagues and a few special mentors, that have fueled her passion for making a difference both personally and professionally. However, the ultimate source of inspiration remains Kimberly's son, Bryce, a constant reminder that anything is possible.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Kimberly finds joy in moments spent with loved ones. Whether traveling, sitting on the beach, boating, dancing, skiing, tv nights, sitting around a fire with friends, or exploring new places, she embraces life's opportunities with enthusiasm & sparkle.

John Carratu
With over 35 years of experience in the teaching, coaching and the small business arena.
John's story is not just about professional milestones; it's about the passion for life, the commitment to growth, and the unwavering dedication to making a positive impact on those around him. Join John on this journey where each step is guided by the pursuit of excellence and the belief that every individual has the potential to become a leader in their own right.
Beyond the hustle of work, John finds solace in nature. Whether it's strolling along the beach or exploring the woods, he cherishes the moments away from the daily grind. And when it's time to unwind, you'll likely catch him passionately cheering on his favorite hockey team.
A firm believer in personal growth, John thrives when challenging himself with new experiences outside his comfort zone. This philosophy has guided him through diverse roles - from being a dedicated teacher and a small business owner to coaching hockey.
In the words of Vince Lombardi, "The quality of a person's life is in direct proportion to their commitment to excellence." This ethos is woven into John's journey. With a shared vision and complementary skills, John and Kimberly aim to transform emerging adults into confident and responsible students, athletes, entrepreneurs, and the leaders of tomorrow.
Adulting Essentials Program Contributor
Bryce Kay
Bryce, a Massachusetts native who navigated the towns of Danvers and Lynnfield before graduating from Lynnfield High School. His high school days were marked by achievements in lacrosse, where he earned letters for his outstanding contributions to his team.

Currently, Bryce is pursuing a degree in economics and business with a pre-law track at Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Florida. He's not a student; Bryce is a valuable player on the men's lacrosse team, and a Fraternity Brother, at Phi Delta Theta.

Adding to his experiences, Bryce has taken on a the role as a program contributor for our Adulting Essentials Program and graphic design.
​
In his free time Bryce enjoys long drives, exploring new areas, travel and spending time with his friends and family.
